Well finally got the time to do a bit more sanding today. Down side to spraying silver is it is very hard to see the blemishes properly so had a spare tin of xpower green kicking about. The Hulk PC anyone.

Don't look directly at it or you might vomit!!

Has helped see the bits that need a little filling especially around the USB area.

Lol, good one. Will be finishing as matte silver though. (not so angry). Did consider gloss black with red splatters but concerned it might look like a bloodbath! Seen it on an engine cover on here but can't find it to see again!

Well it's now back to silver. Don't think I'm ever gonna be happy with the finish! My lack of skill vs my need to be perfect is clashing big time! I also had a flood in the basement destroying by power tools including dremel! But am pretty much there now, just contemplating a few ideas then I'll start building things up

Mate would it not be better to get it close to where you want it and working then have it finished professionally I know every time I looked at it it would drive me nuts if not flawless.
