Engine management light

came on, during my drive home from work this afternoon, drives normally, oil full, water full etc.. anyone local to birmingham, solihull area got a scangauge or simular they could plug in and find out whats going on?

Its probably nothing to worry about... Although the only other reason i can think why it might come on even if it still runs ok and all the water / oil are topped up is for emissions????

Most likely one of the o2 sensors they seem to fry themselves quite often i am on my fourth one i think.

last time an o2 sensor went i didnt even have the engine management light come up! strange.... and if i havent got my car looked at by tomorrow then ill pop up to tamworth if thats cool southside!?
