Seller's a member here too.

Mate - for a fiver - join the site as a member which will give access to a vis tester.

the cars kicks in perfect at aroundabout 3000-3200rpm so im under the impression that the vis is fine...its a massively noticeable kick aswell....surely is the vis was dud it wouldnt be any where near the 182bhp even with the mods??

My mk1 has never twigged on I've decatted it and my mk2 found it once and I turned it off and it hasn't been back on in 2k miles.
I wouldn't worry about it.

No kick according to your graph.

Your mods should give you closer to 190/195 in my view. If not the power vis, the balance could be causing you issues and if it's not working they have been known to chop a good 20bhp off RR results.

I'd check them if I were you. Otherwise - I have no idea why your power is so relatively low.

Mine's in this thread. Shallow graph but it shows an ever so slight spike just after 3K rpm.

All 180s run lean at the top end, it won't kill the engine but it could be better. Remapping it is the way to go once you have completed your engine mods. If just a daily driver then hardly a concern as how often will you be at the red line? Track days then yes most certainly.

I don't think that's got vis issues, if it did the graph would be more inconsistent. Got to remember also many zs will only be pushing 160-170 standard, with those mods brining it up higher to 180, sounds about right in my opinion. Do you know what the bhp @ wheels was? That's a easier way of seeing proper results and issues as the calculated an vary from one place to another

Post 19. Join the site and use the tester. Without doing that and not using a tester first, have a look at a how to for repairing them to see if you fancy it.

I seem to be alone in thinking that one of your vis motors could be busted though.

I simply feel that you should have more power than you have got with those mods, and for the sake of testing them, I'd check.
