looks to me like the police thought he could make a bolt for it...personally i have nae sympathy for the auld **** and reckon he is pulling a fly one tbh
If he actually knocked a police officer down while he sped off I can't see them dropping that charge - as it's fecking serious. So, did that happen?
You'd be surprised, I dealt with a fatal collision where a van crossed on to the wrong side of the road and killed a taxi driver coming the other way. CPS dropped it before it even got to court.
