I put £25 in my ZS120 this morning for a run to London(185 miles) and light still not on. Roughly 45mpg and that's with traffic on the M25 and some great B road blasts on the way home. K4 and KV6 are very good for economy and performance.

I've always got good mpg out of it. I had an advanced driving course that helped teach me how to drive economically but not slowly. Just things like easing off the throttle leading up to a junction helps massively over a tankful. Everyone seems to just floor it to the lights then slam the brakes on! Keeping check on tyre pressure and regular servicing helps aswell.

How on earth do you guys get such good MPG?! My mk1 180 has averaged 24mpg over 2k miles. I've had some fun with it, but I've also done some longer, sensible, motorway trips... the highest I've ever recorded is 29mpg

But how much was already in it before you put the £25 in?

Was getting 24 with a sticky front caliper that was tested over 1000 miles. Getting 27.3 now the caliper has been refurbed.
