I second what Sharron said. Like the colour, and I wouldn't be too worried about the lack of spoiler.

But I thought you wanted a mkII mate? With the kit etc.? I'd keep sticking the pennies in the bank and get the car you really want, you'll only end up looking at the mkIIs and thinking 'what if...'

Ive sent a few emails about this car as I was also interested, but decided the colour is a bit bland.

Heres whats he said when I asked about the cambelt and noisy engine.....

'hi there cambelt not been done as not due untill 60000 and car drives realy nice 1 of the tapetts slightly noisybut iam not asking'

'I took the car 2 a good friend of mine who is a competent mechanic as i was going 2 have the cam belts done but he assured me it does not need doing. The noise sounds just like a lifter stuck but i cant be sure as i have not had it apart to look at it i intented 2 do it and keep the car for a number of years but my business means it is redundant you are more than welcome 2 view the car first or make me an offer'

Oh if his mate says it's alright then all's good!

All the more reason to give it a wide berth.

Cambelts are due, 90000 miles or 6 years and it's now well over 6 years old. Stay away is my gut feeling.
I have checked insurance database and it shows "MG ZS 180 2003 2497cc Four Door Saloon Manual Petrol"
