from Electronics Lab of TWR Racing in Oxford.
They are marked up as MG
Condition not known but look NEW. Project for someone?

Looks like they are the next gen of dash clocks for the MG range as the New MG TF LE500 has these!

the NEW tf ?? look like they came from a 1980 mg metro. they are very old fashoned if you ask me

check the Reg on the back of one of the dials, its a ZS...i guess they wont fit without a bit of fiddling
