Mk1 Straights with tyres

As above!
Have looked at a few sets but I want ones in very good condition with decent tyres if possible.

What are you budgeting for then Steve? £100 a set? I may have my scuffed up set for sale when I get either some mk2 alloys or find another Toora Canorally to go with Ralphs 3 wheeler set he got from Del Boy......

If you wanted a 'mint' set I would get them refurbed and sell them for approx £250 with the nearly new tyres on they have at the minute.

Be nice to know a ball park figure for what you want to pay.

sorry lol. Its okay.......I know Stevedx was after a set......and I had only just got up from a cat nap. APOLOGIES!

£180 hey....... I reckon you could have my mk1's for that with the worst two wheels refurbed or £100 for them as they are.......

They have been kerbed around the rim.....not heavily......but all the way around lightly....and they are blistered too. Thanks to Iain Ross who was the previous owner and are very messy to look at...........but...........they are an easy fix to be cleaned up by an alloy wheel specialist and be back to new condition.

The tyres are god only knows what but are 'sports tyres'........but are all nearly new. I would say that in the condition they are in at present £100 is all they are worth.......if I have them 'refurbed' they will be spotlessly clean and like new......probably worth more like £250......

I am an honest guy and have probably done myself no favours being that blunt about it but its the truth and they do look a mess as they are now.

I will post up some pictures later on of their present condition and you can judge for yourself. Make no mistake though.....a refurb and they will be immacualte once again.

My 3 wheeler set have got almost new (in terms of tread) Goodyear F1s on...

Within a month of buying the wheels I hit a huge rock on the M25, which destroyed one of the wheels.
