My brothers car share run a Peugeot 806.

Been absolutely fine and they've never had anything big to pay out for it!

I quite like the Peugeot's after rebuilding the Partner and I have Peugeot Planet so I can do all sorts of sh*t without taking it to the garage.....good job as the nearest Peugeot garage is 2 hours drive South!

Had a scenic and a Citroen C4 7 seater. Picasso was quite good to be honest. Very cumfy and 1.6 diesel was very good on fuel. Wouldn't get a scenic.

You looking for a 4x4 type 7 seater or MPV and what budget do you have ?

Land Rover Discovery series 2 7 seater will do 30 all day long including towing and much better looking! As said the Citroen C4 Picasso are good, go for the 2.0 HDi, prices will be good as the new model has just been launched. But that Rodent is fugley. E class Merc estate is another worth considering, has two seats under the floor.

I had a phase 3 espace 2.9 V6, very thirsty and only 146bhp when we did a R/R day but it was free and I got £500 trade in off my Range Rover.

As a car it always felt a bit weird to steer but was very good as a 7 seater and over long distances.

I fixed up some old estate rear seats (from my monty) on to a metal frame and used a cargo strap to anchor it to the rear seat belt eyelet mounts in the Range Rover to create a rear facing bench. I then provided seat belts using rear centre range roveer belts.

I got stopped one day by the police thinking the child was loose in the back, they apologised......

All Zafiras are seven seater as standard and easy to live with for what they are.
