Brake problem

Just had my rear caliper changed as it was sticking. Car now pulls a lot better but there's still this strange metal scraping noise coming from the back. Usually happens when you lift off the brake pedal. Any ideas?

They were replaced last year at the MOT and the garage said they are still fine.

BLUZS180 is on a distinguished road
I had same problem on mine and it turned out to be some rust from the back plate had dropped down and was trapped between disc and caliper/pads, while I was sorting it out I noticed there was a rust lip on the edge of the disc try clearing that away aswell to stop any rust dropping behind again I found the best way was to put a flat blade screwdriver against top of the caliper apply some pressure and turn the disc watch your eyes though I got abit of rust in mine not nice trying to get it out.
