VIS motor parts numbers

Can anyone tell me which motor is which please, one is the power and one the balence, I would call the butterfly one the power and the other the balance but I can not find out for sure. I have the part numbers( i think!!) but just want to make sure I have them right. One of mine i would like to change, its working but i had to clean it of oil and I just dont trust it. Thats the one that opens the single black flap through 90 deg. is that the balane?

Help please

Parts no.:-
MKE100102 (Power) & MKE100110 (Balance)

The one at the top is power and the one at the side is balance.
