If you were buying for a zs conversion there's some money to be made from the bits you wouldn't need like the engine mounts and front and rear beams.

The gearbox is an x spec turbo box, so you'd need to source a torsen diff for it, i'd put money on him having bought the box as a ti unit then discovered it had an open diff, there's a lot of them kicking round with open diffs.
