Well, here it is (mods, feel free to move the thread if you need to!)

Ladies and Gentlemen, I present:

OPERATION COPPERLEAF!

Alloys

Rover 45, 19,000 miles, full service history, been off the road for two years-It's got sunroof and aircon, Rover branded CD headunit with steering controls. It's tight in the garage so these are the best pics I can get!, but the paint is perfect, bar one scratch on the tailgate. (Not sure what the weird warts are on the bumper!?!?

So, the plan-to modify the car to full ZS spec (I'll nick bits off of Martin C's car!) and keep it! I managed to turn my MkI into a Mk1.5 for next to nowt, so I don't see why I can't evolve my 45 into ZS with a bit of time and effort. I'm going to get it MoT'd and do the belts and go from there.

Who wants to help me make a 'need' list?

Ads, looks like they are aftermarket reverse sensors.

Well with any luck I might be able to collect the car the weekend after next. Does anybody know how the 45's rear suspension set-up differs from the ZS?

And does anyone have a copperleaf ZS grille and a set of cheap 17" straights with legal tyres?
