cheers fella, have lowering springs in the garage waiting to be fitted. popping them on when my insurance starts saves altering anything near the end of my current policy

The only colour I'd consider for a MK2.......

Externally the only changes I have made are to tint the front indicators, rear lights, fit a towbar (swan neck) and groved discs with yellow stuff pads, aero wipers and citreon jets.

The P/O fitted a slightly larger exhaust, apparently when they bought the car new.

The only externally visable mod I am considering is darker tints.

Most of my changes are less visable, better sound system, rear electrics, heated seats, scan gauge, DAB, Avon ZZ3s, sheddit.

To come is a BMC CDA, possibly battery to boot and possibly a sports cat or decat, catch tank and remap.

There is no need to do more, the saloon comes with the extreme spoiler that all you hatch owners have to fit , I save all the serious modifying for the red one.

Well .... Nothing too extreme really. Just a few subtle changes really.

Obviously not standard anyway when I got it, yellow fogs and black mesh on the bonnet and valance grills. "Interceptor" and non standard MG badges front and rear. The bonnet was also on "lifters" and they HAD to go ! Oh ... And a big dent in the driver's door.

Front back to standard with a good T-Cut by removing the yellow film on the fogs and replacing the black mesh with standard silver. Couple of Union Jack/Chequered flags and standard MG badges on the front and rear. Dent guy to get it sorted.

got a decat and other bits as in the sig, so as I've got the catch tank to get fitted, I'll be pretty much done ! Oh ... And my hashed up Kei force 10's with the Halford's spray job !!!!

That is a huge improvement mate. Not really appreciated under bonnet mods but that really looks good ... Really nice....

Have you done that Adam ? It wasn't standard when you got it was it ?
