Question ZS fuel consumption?

hi all..

Just wondering how you all find the fuel consumption of your ZS's?

Originally thinking of getting the diesel, but i'm now just wondering how do the smaller petrol models fair by comparison? (Also taking in to account the savings per litre at the pump with petrol)

could it be worth getting a 4 pot K series instead? They seem to be a little easier to find.

?

A tuned L-series will give 40-45mpg day in day out, and a carefully driven one + eco map can see 50-60mpg on a run.

Doing a bit of googling the nasp K-series (1.4 -> 1.8) gives about 30-38 pending driving styles it appears.

Both are amazing when compared to a 5.0 V8 though

I always found the 180 to be more economical the faster it went

Most miles I ever got out of a tank was sitting at a steady 80mph on a long trip down south in the middle of the night
