never except the first offer. Cut out some ads from autotrader e.t.c try and find the most expensive ones in there and send them to the insurance to show how much they're still fetching.

Sorry to hear this. Some good advice on here, so take note and don't fold until you get what you believe is right to replace your car. Never accept the offers given, they will try and get away with the absolute minimum. You do not need to accept their offer, take the 'large wallet, small cock' driver to court and bleed him dry!

What has it been classed as CAT C or CAT D?
Even it is classed as a CAT C, accept a decent offer, and then offer to buy it back and see if you can repair the damage.

zs's are only cheap cus people are to eager to sell instead of waiting for a good offer. zs parts are getting more expensive so why should the car its self devalue so much!
