Thing is brute force could just destroy the thread giving little holding it in. A garage would prob do it for a few quid.

It might wreak the threads which are then more able to collapse then come out Completely but would be pretty tough to do ........... But not impossible

Hmmm, don't want to damage the threads too much as it will stop it gripping....Its so frustrating as it's only the one bolt and the taper is like 5mm roughly!!

The treads are clean in the hold and they aren't crossing are they???

Just thinking if taking a wee bit off the eye bit do any better

Well Grimmy cant make the 7th, I am currently still working that day but if I get the day off and get this bolt in, then I can go. If I cant go due to these reasons or weather etc then I will probably go to the Scottish meet.

Well I am going to the Scottish but I am working Sunday too
