how did you map it? and how have you got climate control, alarm etc all working on a new ecu? was it hard, what kind of price was it? Loving the sound of the car, very jealous!

I had a map from my supercharged car, not that its that close, but has the basic setup in there.

I have a lc1 wideband so I know what the fuelling is doing and the ecu can trim the fuel to any level I set, so can almost tune itself.

the ignition is a little more difficult, I just add some more now and again to see if I can hear the engine detting or if I feel it struggling. probably not very good atm but im not 'that' concerned.

with the new engine ill go back to the rollers to make sure its running as well as it could be.

alarm works fine, ive not wired the climate control back up yet, I may swap some rover 400 parts that look like they are easier to wire.

Rover 400 and mk1 ZS electrics are basically the same.
