Car Repair

Still not got or heard anything about my car since it was hit on boxing day, been in garage since 30.12

Tried ringing over the past few days but no answer just constantly rings and then cuts off.

Getting annoyed now, will have a drive past later to see if the palce is still there and not been transported away in some huge tornado or something..

We had 2 cars with Direct Line, came up for renewall shopped around and got it a lot cheaper. Told DL that we wouldn't use them and they then offered us a discount as "we will say its online", but even that couldnt match the quote. In the end they lost both cars, what I dont understand is that your on their system, no claims, paid on time and they load your premium second time round.

I know you get an introductory bonus when you start but it seems shortsighted, not to offer a good price for the second year.

Suppose people just accept the renewall price (like I have with the house insurance) Doh!!!

Found out today that the garage that the zed is in has gone bust, have to call some chap tomorrow for details, then its on to the insurance company...

Just got a call from Direct Line saying My car will be released and fully repaired on monday..
