I did make my feelings very clear about that, as you described

will see if this comes to them taking it on....

not only is it my back is causing me jip, i spent ages looking for a monogram car only for it to be destroyed by some ass!

I really want it fixed!

Legal cover is nothing but a con. If they don't think they will win, they won't even chase it for you. You have every right to appoint your own solicitor as and when you need one, who will claim all his costs from the third party in addition to your claim so why should you pay for it?

When I was hit from behind by an uninsured driver
I went through the MIB. Motor insurance beuro. My solicitor made a claim to them. I was paid out for my car within 6 weeks.

Await my call on Monday, cars already been settled
They didn't want to know about my injury!!

Was ok for the first few days, just hurting a little, back got worse and worse, them found out about my vertebrae!!!
