Odd request but... rear door cards and internal dimensions

Hi all,

Has anyone measure the internal dimensions across the rear seats, with (or without) removing the rear door cards? Reason being is I'm looking at buying a fridge (for my home brew kegs, naturally), but at 1400mm high it's going to be a squeeze getting it home in the ZS (saloon)... can't measure at the mo, as ZS is at home and I'm at work.

Just had a quick measure, with the door cards fitted about 1250 would be the max, I don't think you'd get 1400 even with the door cards removed.

Can it be got past the rear speaker shelf and boot shut panel due to the angle?

Cheers for that. Yeah that does make it a bit tight.

Mick I suspect it won't fit through the boot, investigated that earlier when another fridge was for sale.

You'll have problems getting large things through the door even if there is space inside the car.

We managed to get a washing machine in the back of my sons metro with the seats folded.
