I've been using halfords 10/40 semi and its been fine...

Be very careful with the coolant change, in fact this is the only part I would leave to a garage that can vac fill it, this will avoid any airlocks. People on here have done it themselves but I have heard more horror stories than successful ones....

I flushed it out at the weekend and was tricky to get rid of any air locks tried alsorts ended up going for a spin untill the heaters started blowin in hot air and was fine. Just have to pour it in very slowly.
