Had a look this morning. bit of a nightmare and couldn't pull the motor out so will just wait til the bottle is empty and just stick some boiling water through it...!

I'd be tempted to tip a bottle of white vinegar in there when its empty, squirt it all through, then run it through the car wash to make sure there's none on the bodywork.
