First Pics of the MG ZS 180 - SXE

Hi, Ive finally managed to take some pics of the ZS after having it 2 months. Awesome machine and a good step up from the ZR 160. Im really pleased with it and how well its been looked after. Im the third owner, 43,000 miles, FSH. The only factory options are rear headrests and parking sensors. Its a standard car, and its staying that way! Ive put new badges on, swapped the straights from the ZR to this. I like the mk1 ZR and ZS and trophy blue is a major change from silver lol.

Anyway here are the pics:

What you all think?

That looks gorgeous mate! Arn't you tempted to bang a decat pipe on and a ITG induction kit? Makes the car drive so much nicer

Cheers

Thanks guys! The condition of the paintwork/interior was one of the main things I wanted to be straight. Being perfectly honest the driverside has no door dents but the passenger side has a few but nothing the dent devil man cant sort out for less than £100 which I may well get done but not urgent! Hmm I like the standard sound of it, but even im a novice doing anything mechanical etc but what where MGR thinking with the standard induction set up!? Looks very very restricted and the panel filter is very long! Im 22 and dont really want to start modding it as I will have to declare it to insurance.

I have something lined up for the rear lights which if it works I hope it catches on the ZS scene so keep looking!

Unfortunately the OE induction is a parts bin job and was designed for the 2L KV6. So yes it is restrictive and once it is removed along with resonator box and replaced with either ITG, BMC or inner wing open cone it'll breath so much better. Fully understand the mods and insurance, enjoy it first, get to know it and then mod it when funds allow, no rush.
