If the nuts and studs are as rusty as the rest of it then you will need more than exhaust heat lol.

i always run them before i crack them, a cat runs mega hot like 1000degrees ish so get it hot, then spray wd on it and then crack the bolts off , wind them back then go and have a sit somewhere lol, the one coming off the manifold uually isnt too bad but the ones after the cat are usually just rusted lumps of metal, you really want some decent 6 sided sockets on them

I had to take an angle grinder to one of mine from the downpipe to the cat as it was not moving. Had a supposedly 1500 degree blowtorch on it for ages and it wasnt gonna shift.

I have a stihl saw at work but me thinks that may be over-kill lol. I'm currently getting hold of my mate so i can borrow his drive way and ramps so hopefully be done this week, with pics too if i remember.
