Not again bulb time

My zed loves bulbs like I like chocolate lol . I have had to replace my headlight bulbs again I know performance bulbs don't last as long as standard but its twice a year one side or the other goes. So ive decided to try a different make I always use osram nightbreakers gotta say there a good bulb brightness wise but don't last long ,so ive bought a set of Halfords ultra performance bulbs with 120% more brightness still 55w so all legal . They retail at £30 per bulb but they had an offer on buy one get one free so gona see how long these last . First impressions are good they do light the road up well . Anyone else used these and what do they think ?

Bulbs should last a bit longer than 6 months, I'd check the wiring as in poor condition this can lead to premature bulb failure, check your earths.

Never had to replace the headlight bulbs in my 12+years of having my 120+. as previously mentioned, check your wiring!! I did replace the original from new Rover bulbs but only for ones that actually lit up the road, not because they were blown!!
