Cat D

How much do we think the value of a car is affected if it's registered as cat d ?

any car that is on the register is normally cut by 1/3rd,i would be arsed if its a CAT D or C as the difference between the 2 is nothing, like look at my ZS the first assesor put it as a CAT D but the buy back value was more, the second one put it at a CAT C but i got the car cheaper backoff the insurance

If it is repaired then what ste says if its not repaired depending on damage prob about £1100

We bought a 55 plate Cat D 180 from a salvage yard pre accident was mint with 10k on the clock we paid £1100 for it needing wing/bumper and headlight

£2.5k tops for cat D, maybe slightly more if its a 120. Thats if its mint and been repaired to a high standard.
