anti roll bar linkage play

Hi

wonder if anyone can help on my last mot was advised that
nearside rear anti roll bar linkage has slight play in a pin/bush
can anyone direct me to the correct parts to buy and how to do the job also is it a good idea to do both sides at the same time?

its always best do change both at the same time, the new one will put extra stress on the opposite side and will wear it out quicker so its probably a false economy not too.

As for the parts and difficulty, i dont know as ive never done one
