Heater tap

Hi all,

pretty much my first post on this site, so here's my question. does anyone know why my heater tap would be leaking again. i replaced it about three months ago with a new part and it's started again. drops about a aliter a week from the seal around where the moving part is and i'm fed up. i know the H.G.s fail but am pretty sure its not pressurizing the system, there's no contamination of the oil or water either. any thoughts would be appreciated.

would like to post a piccie for you to have a look at but can't seem to rescale my photos so i'll have to leave the image of my anthracite mk1 120 to your imaginations.

thanks and cheers for now

the moveable valve mounted on the front of the bulkhead, connected to the cold/hot cable on the heater control panel, there's is a small bore coolant pipe running in and out of it.
