When I had my T16 Montego estate I had a polybush engine mount on the off side mount near the suspension turret. It was far too stiff and I believe contributed to one of the large (and quite robust) bolts on the assembly shearing.

Changed back to normal bush and no problem experienced after that.

I'm a bit wary of where I use poly bushes now, I've done the arb mounts, and links and they've been fine, but the other suspension bushes I'd probably go with the standard bushes, for a more dedicated track car poly bushes are probably a better choice.
