This is true, the pipe from the evaporator isn't connected to anything.

If the T16 has aircon it would just be a case of connecting the pipes, the climate control system is self contained.

It is an air con T16, so reinstating the aircon wouldn't be a huge problem.

No i know its not there due to the pipe at the rear being disconnected... but for my project, using the Ti rad and intercooler as has been there, the top ac pipe will be in the way of the boost pipe from the turbo to intercooler, and the condensor pipe may well not fit around the Ti cooler !

Just makes me wonder looking at that, could be that im gonna need more of an angle on the turbo outlet and possibly a front mounted cooler to give space for the oe ac pipes.

You can get away with no air con on the ZS if it doesn't have climate control, it would just be a bit strange to have that panel and have no air con on the car, faced with that problem I'd probably convert to the non climate control version.
