Not done it dude but imo if you do it yourself and snap a bolt on the manifold then your buggered and would end up taking it to a garage anyway. Unless you've got the tools to take out the snapped bolt of course.

Yeah 270 cams with no mannis. Don't really want to get the mannis as if i do another track day in the future i'll defo be over the noise level. Last one at brands registered 103db. Level for racing was 102db. They still let me go on tho.

Engine is ready and waiting at the garage. Just waiting for them to pick the car up then they can get started.

Feck me! I don't think I will bother with manis now, a fair amount of money to shell out for very little by return.

what will a remap give you performance wise on a nasp 180??? I had a dastek unichip fully programmed on a rolling road and it gave me nothing but corrected fuelling issues.

That cost £465. If you have anything other than a standard car you cant just go for a superchip.

George at RSM is in the process of developing a system where he can lock the plenum open on a ZS 180 and run a DTA Pro ECU which takes the ZS up to an estimated 230bhp. It's in the region of £2000

How long it takes depends upon the car. If everything comes apart easily, it should take around 2 hours. If the front manifold bolts are seized then it could take up to 5 hours. These times are, of course, with access to a 2-poster lift.
