Mg zs120 vvc (from Spain)

Hello!
Im pleasured to present my ZS vvc145 swap.

Originally its a K120, i buy with first headgasket failure on 127.000km on 2015. Decided no repair the engine, and swap, fiirst option is swap to T16, but is not legal in my country



Finally decided retroswap to K, but not k120...... To VVC!

The donor for vvc conversion is a rover 25vi (gti in UK market) it's a vvc145 with mems3 system. Only adapt one conector and rules!!!



taking advantage of the fact that the engine is out of car..... changed the headgasket, belts, bearings, sparks and more components before install on ZS.








I need to use the original zs complete exhaust 4-1 with catalyst, and the rest of zs exhaust line
4-2-1 vvc manifold not catalyst, and modify exhaust line to case with rear zs line, cause several problems with Spanish MOT (ITV)
