The car is dead....

Well the verdict is out. No 4 piston is buggered and there is no compression in any of the front bank of 3 cylinders.

So i need help. I'm after either a complete secondhand engine or a bottom end from the head gasket down. If anyone can help then i would be most pleased.

Don't really want to have to sell the car but if i can't find an engine thats not gonna pull my pants down over the price then i'll have to.

HEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPPPPP............................ .....................

pm R1CSO as he obtained one for his 180 when it became waterlogged. Not sure on what he paid though, what figure do you have in your head Murray?

Sorry to hear that, but it wasn't looking too good from what you said.

Sorry its dead, but I'm sure that you can source an engine, wouldnt be the same not having to look in the mirrors to get out of your way.
