lol I agree.

Any other car of the same class / performance would fetch considerably more than we are told to accept for ours.

WHY¬?!

Told to accept ...... Surely we don't sell for what we are told to accept, but what a buyer is prepared to pay, and we are happy to take.

Genuinely Adam, I hope you get good a good price for your car.

Because nobody wants them, they think the parts are hard to get, and generally the public just think they are shitty rovers, somebody called mind a "leyland" the other day pmsl

Unfortunately those that mock are the real losers in all of this. They are a drivers car and will remain one of the best kept secrets for a long time.

Nice car, sounded good on the Rolling Road, as Adam says, unmarked.

this is an over priced one

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2004-MG-ZS-2-5...3A6%7C294%3A50

£3000, older with similar miles

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2003-53-MG-ZS-...3A6%7C294%3A50

£3000, identical car, 3 years older and more than double the miles.

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2001-MG-ZS-2-5...3A6%7C294%3A50

£4000 same year, although over price, similar miles

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2004-MG-ZS-2-5...3A6%7C294%3A50

a car dealer said to me a while ago that used car prices will go up, as people cant afford o buy new, i think he might well be right.

They are all Arthur Daley dealer cars....

This rare coloured Mk 1 is on autotrader for £3K. Wonder how much it'll go to tonight ? I reckon no more than £1700. Private seller.
