Mk2 ZS 180 hatch with alcantara.

Reluctant sale of my MG ZS 180 Hatchback as I've been offered a deal on a family member's car that is too good to turn down. It's not going to be the cheapest out there - but here's why.

This is the 3rd ZS180 I've owned in the last 2 years, and is the best so far.

1st Registered in March 2005 and on an MG05--- cherished transfer plate which is included, the 1st owner, an MG owners club member in his 50's, specified Alcantara/Leather trim and the extreme hatch spoiler from new. Not so bold as the saloon version, but it still catches the eye. The interior is really nice with no wear on the driver's bolster.

I have the original bill of sale and brochures for the car.

The service history is stamped up covering the mileage which is just under 22K. All but the last stamp was at a main dealer. The last one, which I had done at TCS in Bishops Stortford, Herts - was with me providing them with a full service kit, oil, air, pollen and fuel filters, platinum spark plugs and Mobil oil - which I watched them do in front of me in February.

The car is 100% original except for an Alpine head unit with a lead to connect an iPod in the glove box, and a set of Kei Force 10 alloys with matching Khumo Ecsta sport tyres with about 1000 miles of use. As such they are really as new. The alloys have some light marks on them. The original stereo will be provided with the car and a CD changer is still fitted in the boot but not connected as I have an iPod.

The body is totally straight without a single ding on it. A few stone chips can be found on the bonnet if you look hard enough and there is a small scratch of about 2 inches on the driver's side passenger door, but again you have to look hard to find it.

I have 2 keys and all the documents. I am only the second owner.

On Monday the 15th, it's getting a full cat-back "Long-life" stainless steel exhaust system fitted by "Top Gear" in St Albans Herts. I could go standard and it'd be cheaper but hopefully you'll realise that I spend money if required on my cars so have gone for a good system with a lifetime guarantee.

I'm not going to make outrageous BHP claims. This car is standard apart from the exhaust when it goes on - but it has no vis or plenum issues meaning that this really is a fast car with 5 door practicality.

So - 2005 - Facelift ZS180 Hatch. 22K. Good history. No known faults, finance owing or accident history at all.

MOT til August 2010 - Tax until end Oct 2010.

£4,750 ono
