Pics of Passengers Side Front Window

Alot happier now!!

Not long finished sorting out the window and i'm quite proud of my work!!
Here's some pics of my process!!

Had taped up the hole the night it happened to try and stop the rain getting in!

Taped up the whole of the outside to try and keep as much of the glass all together! Worked quite well!!

Door card removed!

Plastic moved for access!

The smashed glass had broken off from the runner as i moved it down so was very easy to remove!

New glass!

New glass installed and plastics re-positioned!

Door card reinstalled and job done!!!

Just gotta get the tint checked out, still not 100% sure it's the same!?
Just very pleased she's back to a secure state!!

I've noticed since fitting the new glass that there is a few scratches in the glass. Does anyone know if it's possible to remove scratches from glass??

I would imagine that is a no unless the same kind of resin which is used to repair chips is usable???

I have seen people polish glass to remove small 'wear and tear' scratches but that is about it lol
