My Old ZS forsale

Found my old ZS 180 Mk2 on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2004-MG-ZS-2-5...item3369682b3c

at ?1k its very cheap but as it says it has HGF,

if your tempted by this there are several other bits about the car which the seller has not mentioned which I doubt have been fixed.

Tread carefully this was not a good car

I am in no way saying it was the owner before me as it was not, it was the dealer who brought it off him who ruined the car.

I am not able to take a new project on yet but that would be a cracking start for a turbo 4 pot.

What other problems did it have when you owned it ?

I had a Mk2 and then a Mk1 lol

It was terrible, the body kit was such a bad fit & once i kicked it and the bumper fell off! lol
The climate control kept messing around
the alarm would go off when it felt like it
the wheels are badly kerbed
and afew other things.

Its cheap at that price but you could end up spending that again on it.
The dealer I got it off really abused it.

I paid ?4k for it and 8months later stuggled to get ?2k

So the dealer has thrashed it then ?

Owch thats a loss, but better than this guy if he has paid for some one to do the hgf once already.

A friday afternoon car then.

yeah deffo a friday afternoon car, I dont believe the previous owner would have treated it bad as he was on here, the dealer on the other hand well when i got there he revved the nuts off it when cold.

I should never have bought it, lost me alot of money! It was the first car i ever bought on my own and I should have listened to myself rather than getting carried away!

I have never opened up about this car till now,
I do not wish anyone to end up with something they could spend afortune on with out knowing more about it.

A shame it's a bit of a lemon, looks ok in the pics apart from the front bumper fit.

A good base for a T16 conversion if the V6 is goosed.
