Not bad for a 1.6. I was looking at a VXR Vectra earlier......280bhp for £5k.

Its the engine from the corsa vxr just slightly detuned. A new map will see over 200bhp but i'm not touching this engine.

Been looking at those too - most are £480 tax though. Can get ex police VXR engined vectras for £3K - but they are specced like SRis - same engine mind and as ex police - well maintained despite higher mileage.

Yeah Dan, SRi trim only, but VXR everything else, was looking at these before getting the FocusST.

Well it was up for £4289, got there and there was a few bits here and there that needed sorting. Nasty chip in the screen, will get a new screen at some point. Slight dent in the drivers rear arch although as its a black car you cant really see it and I reckon it could be popped out by a good dent guy. Passenger wing mirror cover was missing.

Got them down to £3350 with 3 months warrenty. 83000 on the clock with FVSH all stamped.

As spec goes its quite well specced.

All the normal stuff plus

Power windows (as in hold unlock on fob and windows go down and vice versa with lock)
Cruise control
Phone connect via bluetooth
18" Alloys
Xpack kit
Sports seats
Sport button
Metal Pedals
Factory privacy tint on rear 3 windows
Xenon headlamps
Audio pack with 7 speakers

I'm sure there is more but thats all I can think of at the mo.
