horn or more to the point lack of it

Hi guys, a wee bit of help please!!!
Had my ZS in last wk to get a new ignition barrel fitted as previous was playing up, since iv got it back my steering wheel doesnt sit square when wheels r straight & what iv noticed tonight is that i have now have no horn.
what i would like to know is, Would they have had to disconnect the Horn and remove the wheel to fit the barrel?

Sounds like the took the wheel off & didn't re-attatch the connectors

I bet they havnt re-connected the connectors aswell, it is easy to remove your airbag and check yourself anyway. If you do do it though disconnect your battery and leave if for about 15 mins so the airbag has time to de-activate itself. Then behind the steering wheel there is 2 star allen key screws which you need to undo. The airbag will then just lift out from the wheel, just be careful that you dont pull any connectors (thats if they are connected at all). While the airbag is off you can undo the steering wheel bolt and straighten you wheel aswell...Hope this helps
