Just had my renewal letter through, swear it hasnt been a year!!

After hearing about insurance premiums shooting up this year was fearing the worst, but its ?773.11 paid ?797 last year, so will be hitting the phone to see what I can get it down to now.

Well yer as ive relised ive not told them about the brake upgrade, although they still think it wrapped and lowered!

But Adrian Flux will cover it for ?730!!! That includes the brakes and to put the coils back on will be free, apart from ?25 admin fee, as new policy cosmetic mods are free! An unlimited miles allowance not that I can afford the petrol to do mega miles!! Also it covers me to drive others cars 3rd party. Which is unusal for an under 25 policy to have.

Im pretty happy with that!

So paid for that but have a 14 period if I can find a cheap quote they will match it or refund every penny.

Pity I cant now do the same for the tax that is due in the same week!

I was paying ?480 last year but went into the back of a stupid woman last year and it went upto ?900. Why do women stop at roundabouts then look to see if anyones coming instead of doing it while driving upto it

Im think its all part of driving, remember with my MG Midget thinking the car in front had gone, looked right all clear, BANG, climbed up the back of the stupid whatsit.

Only done it once though.

Good deal James. I'm with them too, so you should have got a forum discount as part of the price. All of my mods are covered like for like which is nice.

Yer got the usual discounts, was with adrian flux few years ago, think they covered me on the 120 but wanted stupid money at the time for the 180.

Was going to try and beat it, but wouldnt get it much lower if at all and all there were some good points with the policy that I wouldnt have got else where.

Least now mods are covered like for like and cosmetic mods are free, only ones I pay for a bhp uppers. Which I assume means it can be stripped out as some companies are funny about that. Then next year I will be over 25 and it should be much easier.
