MG pedal karts

Just bought my son a pedal kart and wondered if anyone's handy with a saw and hammer and fancied knocking up a zs or zr replica body i could bolt onto it?

nice task to tackle yourself with your son i would of thought once you have drawn the shape on some 1/2 inch mdf get some stainless pipe clips that fit on the frame and screw them to the boards once you've cut the shape out

When you put it like that it sounds easy.
Maybe not gonna let my son loose with the saw though as he's only 2. Might be a job for the bank holiday wkend.
