Revs all over the place

The revs on my 180 are all over the place, it's ticking over at 3k, when I change gear it's revving up, revving on its own, it's getting undrivable, any ideas?

Which is the idle valve? I've cleaned the bit on top of the throttle body and was fine but a week later it's doing this

Plus worth noting do not tighten the bolts up fully until you have actuated the valve into its seat to locate it, once done then tighten the bolts up.

Are the mating faces/gasket okay? Wouldn't take much to get erratic idling if a slight air leak.
