Great, the instruction guide can be found here: there are two as there are two different wires used.

Blue Wire guide

Green wire guide

All fitted

After fitting i've tried it, at 1st i had two red led's on if i plant my foot(not under load) i'm getting a constant red on the power vis. Also noticed the balance red led flickering.. What are your thoughts guys?

I would imagine you have knackered vis motors or you haven't fitted it properly, but i reckon you probably wanted a bit more than that?
