i cant go doctors this year next year maybe as i need a really clean medical record if i pass blood or somthing else then i might considor going to a vet

if your kidneys still hurt a few days after your session then i would strongly recommend seeing a doctor - if you go and it is fine then there is nothing on your record.

if it is an infection without treatement it can get pretty serious pretty quickly...

knew of a friend who was feeling tired run down all the time and complained his kidneys kept being sore he eventually went to see the quack who diagnosed him with early kidney failure after a blood test...*

our bodies tend to give us warnings about things not being right, but us blokes are usually not very good at listening to the messages... imo of course

* i am not a doctor so dont believe i am saying this has happened to you, but having seen it 2nd hand i would rather be safe than sorry if it were me...

oh just to add, the guy i know changed his lifestyle and damage done has not got worse, but he can't have a heavy night on the sauce anymore, or if he does he suffers the consequences...

shrugs....

on the flip side it could just be serious dehydration\ protien build up caused by those energy drinks...

i like the last one im sure it is dehydration it was a very hardcore drinking session but if im still in pain tomorow ill got see my doc about it
