It looks like a genuine Xpower one to me. There were two in the Sport & Racing auction at Longbridge. I tried bidding on both, but they went for over £200 + vat iirc. I think they were made to go on the special edition WSR ZS (I think only 1 car was built) and I remember them being grey and having the lip at the back. A guy on here has made a carbon centre section, but I don't think his has the lip on it.

I do remember something about the ZSX project having carbon bits on it, it would match the funky rear wing and front & rear diffusers that the ZRX was going to get

Ive seen standard extreme spoilers go for £200+ on ebay so this could be a bit af a bargain for someone - hope it goes to a forum member
