Non starter

Sounds like the starter motor.

Might be worth getting it off and testing it.

Someone on here posted up new ones that looked a good price.

Ok back to this lovely problem :/


Just took off the starter and jump leaded it to my battery and to all worked as it should. Motor worked and it popped out like it should.

Put it back on and still no start .

I'm going to put a starter button in now at the ignition barrel see if i have a dodgy ignition barrel.

Anymore suggestions of what to check would be great

You put a new battery in the key fob. (bit of grasping at straws).

Tried my both fobs both unlock and lock car but nothing at position 3 on ignition

As everything else seems to have been exhausted, the ignition switch would be another possibility.

Position 1 and 2 seem to work as in the lights come on and i've put a starter button in to bypass position 3 and still no luck.
