hehe TM is a marmite add on i have to admit!! It will not tell you of road closures, the way it works is by warning of congestion. It does this via the green/blue poles you see at the side of the road and sensors on bridges. When traffic flow past these drops below 20mph it flags up a warning, of course you have to be passing one of these poles to the rear of the congestion for it to transmit the info to the device for it to then bleep up the warning. It isn't foolproof by any means but has saved me several times getting stuck in a jam.
