faulty fan switch??

hello all, just a quickie... my heater/fan doesn't work on the first 2 settings. I'm sure it's something simple but simple is hard to me. any suggestions.....

Common problem mate, the heater resistor is prone to blow. Its behind the glove box. Its very easy to replace, My zr and my zs both did this. I got a replacemnt from a scrappy. You can buy uprated ones on ebay.

I cant remember if its in the manual but im pretty sure the removal will be, I would check but my manual lives in the car If no one has replied I will check in the morning for you. Its a 5 min job to replace it.
