I'm sending my disk back for a re-fund and timing it so i get a full year at the lower rate...

As for them taking any notice... I doubt it, but you can only try.

IMO as long as they get paid i'm not sure they actually care about much. They are all as useless as each other as far as i'm concerned.

I'm lucky. Will tax the Zed Feb next year for a whole year so new rates won't affect me until 2010.

As for the letter, we can only try.

March 13th 2009 IIRC.

Earliest you can tax your car is for that month is March 15th 2009.
